Breather Mod................
Then you would have to plug the breather vent tube's in the back plate.
Next you would need to drill and tap the back plate with a 1/8" NPT tap. Orient them just off the bottom to the front on the front and just off bottom to the rear on the rear.
Install 1/8" NPT with 3/8" nipple to each front and rear drilled and taped hoel in the back plate.
Install 3/8" ID rubber fuel or oil line to each location approx. 6" long
Run the 2 line into a 3/8" OD T, this will transfer into 1 line.
Run the single line to a catch can............
Here is a picture of my set up, although not exactly what you are trying to do but should give you a good idea of how to run the line once your back plate is modified ..........

looks good Latrobe. I was just out your way 2 Fridays ago. Stopped at a Bar just out of Jennerstown a couple mile on the left and could not believe the ham samich I got. It had to be atleast 2" thick of just ham and that was there small samich. And only $5.30 / pepsi Can't remember the name of the place but it was a biker friendly bar.I guy I know delivers food to them and he says they get 40 plus hams per week

Copied and pasted my solution from one of the many threads about crankcase breather venting.
This is what I came up with after being unable to find any system that would work with a SE stage one backplate, I went with dual hoses parallel to bottom of rocker box covers then down to hidden catch can in cowbell. Marine shrink wrap over fittings tapped into backplate really cleaned it up.
This is why. I didn't have a lot of oil drippng, But enough to make a mess on cam cover, pipes, side cover, and front of saddle bags if I didn't clean the filter every week or so. It looks like this because the moisture and oil are being shaken like a paint mixer in the cowbell. Glad this gunk isn't going in my intake.
