Default Finally an addition that took less than a minute

I have the detachable backrest and I hated the way the mounts looked. I couldn't figure out what I was gonna do with them to hide them.

Going thru the harley site I found these "caps" that just stick on with a strong magnet. Maybe you guys know about them but i didn't. Bought what I thought was the right size and sure enough they fit and look great. For once, something that just snapped right on !

and then I powdercoated a few parts around them and here is the result.

Those look real nice. And for the record, I did not know such things existed.

Yep, those are the covers for the docking points when they're not being used. They come in either black or chrome and different lengths. Listed in the catalogs.

Um. Wow. I'm speechless. A HD gadget/bauble that I would actually buy. Must want $20/piece... Lol

Haha, they come in a set and I think they were $35 per set. So yea, I spent $70 for 4 of them. It was tough to click that "buy now" button but what else could I do! They are nice though, looks great in person.
