Would you know if this would fit my 08 Low Rider? I'm trying to find the answer to that but can't nail it down.

I do not believe it will work for you, sorry. The 08's have 2 mounting bolts on the right side. This one has the two mini peg hooks on the top and one clip on the bottom.
