I am interested, with the change to the bracket they should mount up just fine to an 05 Wide Glide eh? Can you take a picture from the back to get a better idea of the angle they stick out?

The “modification” of the bracket is nothing more than one of the bottom holes was slotted. It doesn’t affect how much they stick out at all.
