Brand-new, mint condition. Took it out of the package, but never installed it.

This is a really high-quality product. The frame is nicely made and the backing plate is very solid - thick and sturdy with 4 chrome set screws. The mounting bracket looks precision machined. The powdercoat on both pieces is flawless. The wiring is 24" and has a stainless steel braided covering. You can't even tell the LEDs are there until you turn them on. Bright enough to illuminate the plate without being too bright.

This is a vertical mount only design. I bought it thinking I could mount it vertical or horizontal. My state requires a horizontal mount and I'd rather not try to drill my own holes. It's the only reason I'm selling it.

MSRP is $229. The best price I've ever seen for it new is $194.
