No, but it 'learns' in the presence of one, any one. A new fob is about $45 from any dealer or even eBay. The included instructions are printed straight from the "HD Electrical Diagnostics Manual" and take you through the simple procedure step by step. The "TSM/TSSM ECM Password Learn Procedure" basically just takes three consecutive 10min cycles for the ECM to learn there is a new system and this is it's fob(s).

It's an easy way to add the factory alarm for about 1/3 the price of what the alarm option was new.
