Default 2003 Road King, 107" All Bore, Andrews 67, R&R Stage 4 heads, Kury Power Cell & Krome Werks 3.5 HP Plus

Sorry this is in STD. The build was done in 2014. Originally just to bump up my 95" to 98" and the bottom end needed to be inspected. Bored the cases and went with S&S 4.125 jugs.

Bike was tuned by BVBOB. I have always felt like the build came out with less power than it should have. I know a cam change should probably be in order.

ADD: 50mm SE TB, 5.3 injectors, R&R air cleaner, static 10.5

I think that looks real nice for a 98. It looks good for a 103.

I read your other thread and this one as well. Your static comp was a little low for that cam. It should have been up to 10.9:1 It would have made a little difference. I still don't think that would have gotten you into the 20"s range though.... There are plenty of combinations that will.... Still a respectable build though...

Yeah....actually re-looking at the builders sheets, my static was 10.83-1 with 200 CCP.

I currently have it back at the tuner who did it 3 years ago. We both felt that the build did less than it should have. He tested the CCP today after an hour of it cooling off and it did come back at 200-205. He is going to check it in the morning and see where it sits.

Plan is to do a T-Man 590. This will raise CCP to about 205, which is getting a tad too high, but I'm hoping to "fix" the bottom half of the TQ curve and maybe gain a bit more power all around. Also, a Kury 57mm TB and a 4" exhaust with a bigger baffle that I have sitting around that flows better hopefully than the 3.5" that is currently on it. I'd be happy if that gets the TQ to 120 and also having it come on earlier without too much PMS with the added CCP.

Wish me luck.

Just got the bike back. Ended up with TMAN 590, tossing on a set of 4" Khrome Werks mufflers I had, and the TB was left at the 50mm with some massaging to increase flow. Significantly improved EVERYWHERE. Very happy with the outcome. Could have picked up some HP if I had a bigger TB put on, but really no need. Biggest difference is it rips right away.

Was the bike run on the same dyno? Looks like the software was upgraded to winpep 8.

Now all you need is a clutch that holds. Serious slippage indicated on the gear ration graph.

Definitely. Alto carbonite discs were suggested. Don't think I need to get a whole new system like bandit, etc.
