Thanks, here is the latest sheet after a few more tuning adjustments. DAS Performance does amazing work!

Erik just built my 110" on my bike. He was actually telling me about this bike in how its a beast! Going to need to hold on tight on this bike for sure!

The best thing I see from these Procharger application is a linear streetability power delivery with no surprises as with turbo systems.
The only issues I’ve encountered tuning these beasts is the compressor drive belt coming off. Procharger may have addressed this since my last experience.
I love tuning Procharger bikes! Unlike turbo apps linear power makes for reliable and repeatable tuning without possible runaway boost causing damage.

Pro charger has not done anything to fix the belt issue but Eric @DAS Performance did with this set up. It is a custom 6 rib setup with custom pulleys.

DAS now sells this as an upgrade kit.

You can still run it as a 4 rib system as well. The best part of the DAS pulley is the sprag clutch.

Looks awesome! Must be a blast to ride. I like the 6 rib drive belt, but have any updates been made to the belt in the primary? I have seen them break and cause quite a mess..

Yes definitely with a Centrifugal Supercharger ,my ute (pick up) is running one of these Superchargers( http://raptorsc.com.au/ ) Tim the owner is close personal friend of mine and I'd mentioned a sprag clutch type system for the blower pulley,so yea he made one we fitted it and yep the charger free wheels during gear changes or in back it off then punch it situations it is much better , when the blow off/bypass valve shuts off you've got instant boost.
Awesome project.
