Lets see-- numbers way low for build, torque peaks above 4500 rpm. I agree with Bob again--a cam is one tooth off. What's the idle kpa and cranking compression?

Hey Fellas,

Thanks for all of the replies. I appreciate all of the experienced mechanics/riders chiming in. So I pulled the cam cover this morning and needless to say I found out that I was 1 tooth off on cam timing as you guys suggested. I'm going to set up a dyno time to do a pull and see how the #'s play out. I can tell you by correcting the problem and starting it up she sounds like a different beast already! Much appreciated!!!

Thanks for the report Blackhawks! Let us know the outcome of the dyno visit/retune.
I think the dyno will become a happy one.

Since the cam tuning (air & fuel deliver) it will need a complete retune.

Yes, as Bob says, it needs a complete dyno tune again. Glad you got it sorted out.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been working 6- 10hr shifts at work for the past few months. Make hay while there's sunshine as grandpa always used to say. Anyway it goes in for the new tune next Tuesday. Keeping my fingers crossed for the 100 club! I'll definitely post it up next week, I'm back to a normal life!
