I don't think I went to a competent tuner. Not thrilled with the results.

That’s kinda ugly. Did R&R tune that? I’d request a retune or money back!

Yeah, they did. Have you dealt with them before?

I was actually hoping to keep it anonymous, but forgot I had their name in the file.

They have always had a great reputation. Try talking to Reggie and see what can be done.

Results look a bit on the low side.
It also looks excessively rich.
Other than tune, could be a drivetrain issue causing the jerkiness in the graph.

Well I did talk to Reggie (Jr) and he did not receive my comments very well. He was incredibly rude and defensive, despite how controlled and polite I was.

I posted about it in the M8 section (Disappointing Dyno Results), but the bottom line is I will never use R&R again unfortunately. They are not as a professional company as they seem.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. IMO you need to take your bike to a qualified, experienced tuner to get that build re-tuned.
That said, you also need to assure the bike is mechanically sound in the primary and final drive areas which can cause erratic graph lines.
Guess I would have asked R&R to explain the look of the graph as compared to most all other dyno graphs. Maybe a dyno issue?
Not sure why you received such a response unless something has changed at R&R?

Bring it down to DAS in Dracut MA. He is by far the best tuner in the area and really knows his stuff. I have had several bikes tuned by him and outstanding results. My brother has a built R&R motor and took it to DAS to get retuned. His bike now has better HP and TQ and a super smooth curve. http://dasperformance.com/

Default Not happy

If you used a credit card, you could always dispute the charges for "poor services" rendered, if nothing else, you might get your money back... CSM-H
