That will make good power if properly tuned. Those are some ugly lines. Possible clutch slip—Has clutch been upgraded?
Those big mufflers aren’t helping with lower end torque.

As stated, it needs tuning. If the shop says it’s tuned run, not walk away from that shop and find a real tuning shop.
Unless, of course you were told this was just a breakin calibration and you need to bring it back for a proper tune after you get some miles on it?

Not yet but that's next. He said it was slipping. I'm going to wait until I need tires and do the clutch at the same time.

tires and clutch work are not related. if you don't make the clutch repairs now, it might become more expensive later on. i would suggest you address the clutch issues sooner than later, it will most likely save you money over the long run.

If that graph represents a well-tuned bike with clutch slip I would address the slip immediately because the clutch will burn up and, like Marco stated, end up costing considerably more than repairing the problem before catastrophe occurs.
Sorry but I’m always suspect when shops do not include the fuel curve on the graph. That would help ascertain clutch and/or tune.

That set up has a lot of potential, even as it is now it's showing you that, a few tweaks and it will be as good as it can be without further engine mods.
Better clutch, lots of options, power no good if it can't get to wheel.
Good exhaust, better mufflers minimum, better headers optimal, will get the torque up earlier.
Great tune, will need to do it again with the exhaust changes.
Be a strong 95 when done.
