Default 2008 Ultra No start

I have a 2008 Ultra.I did have it running about a year ago now there is no power when you turn the ignition on.No check engine light, key symbol flashes.I have done the following so far:
1)New battery
2)New FOB batteries
3)new fuses/same relays,switched relays around though.Cleaned battery terminals.
4)Swapped the old TSSM with a new one
5)Bought a TSM,to eliminate the TSSM,but cant reprogram it because no engine light.
6)Tried checking codes from odometer but like i said no engine light. No communication with ECM it seems.
I R & R'd the ignition switch a while ago and am about to remove it to see if I misaligned the switch.
Any input would be appreciated.Thanks!Bruce

When chasing an electrical problem, do the simple cheap stuff first.

Turn on the switch, and check for power at the fuses with your multimeter.

You can determine if it is the switch by simply doing what was suggested in post #2.

Did you get the link to the manual I sent? Section 3 is all about the TSM/HFSM.

You may need the original module to get it unlocked.

You can also call the HD Tech line 1-800-258-2464 and they maybe able to help.
Good Luck
Bill
