Default Battery trouble

I had to let my 07 FLSTC sit for approx. six weeks due to an injury.
It was left on a smart tender, purchased from HD three mo. ago.
Weather turned cold last three weeks and had several nights below freezing.
Got up to 48 deg. today and went to start the bike.
Would only turn over a few times, slowly and after a few tries would not turn over.
Did the freezing kill my batt.?
Can I just recharge ? (need to buy a charger) or do I need to replace?

how old is the battery? IF it lost charge on a tender its most likely bad.

Just pulled battery after leaving on tender for another 20hrs. Read 13.9 V
Battery is a Drag Specialties and date stamped on top is 11-1-99
There are no other stickers or markings other than # 2113-0211
I find it difficult to believe the battery is that old in an 2007 bike

Well, take it to an auto or bike shop and get it tested.
