Default Circuit Breakers

Need to change two circuit breakers on a 1994 Harley Davidson heritage. Does the copper stud go to the left or right side as your sitting on the bike?

The wire coming from the ignition switch connects to the copper stud.

I have two separate circuit breakers to install. I'm not to knowledgeable on the specifics. Looks like both breakers are installed next to each other. Should they be installed with the copper studs to the left or right as I sit on the bike?

It doesn't matter which way the studs face. What matters is how you hook up the wires.

I couldn't find a schematic for your year but this one shows the copper lug to the battery and the silver to ignition.

Try this link & type "1993 Wiring" in the search box. If it works, you should see this in the search results: Wiring Diagrams & Electrical Troubleshooting Guide - 1993 & 1994 All Models

Start here: https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson....ms=1993+wiring#
