JW Speaker Model 8690 VS HD 5-3/4 Daymaker
Looking to install a new headlamp on my Sporty. There are a lot of options but I narrowed it down to the JW Speakers Model 8690 and the Harley 5-3/4" Daymaker.
I'm under the impression JW Speaker makes the HD Daymaker but still would like to know which provides more lighting.
From JW Speaker's webpage the 8590 is rated as follow:
3,520 (High Beam); 2,120 (Low Beam)
I can't find the output for the Harley Daymaker.
To further complicate things, if I chose to go with the JW Speaker Model 8690, I then have to choose if I want the standard lamp or the adaptive lamp that changes its lighting configuration when you're in a turn.
Seems nice but read that the adaptive isn't as good as the non adaptive lamp for straight forward projection.
Any input would help a lot. Thank you
