street glide fuel gauge not working low rng lights up onspeedo panel gauge moves to top of low fuel marker but does not go any farther

 

Probably the fuel sender inside gas tank is bad. You can get to sender through popping off tank console and retaining ring. Without removing sender you can unplug it from top access of tank and test and measure resistance across the sender to see it's changing on ohm meter as move float arm like it should.

Instead of wasting your effort here, get on the phone to the dealer and let them handle this warranty issue.

 

Saw a few where the sender popped off the mount in the tank and would not read correctly...5 minute fix!
