I just got this battery shipped to me. Box had a crease in it, foam packing inside looked okay, but check out this dent/bubble. There seems to be no leakage. It a Yuasa agm battery. Would you install it on the bike at all? Is there a danger of leakage/explosion if I do? I have sent pics to the online seller for the time being. I guess the battery got dropped during shipping and handling...

 

What the hell, it is just a smashed plastic box full of acid, what`s the worst that can happen?

 

new battery, send it back.. there is no way to tell if the internal structure is damaged. once you wrench it, you own it, they will see the marks and say you dropped it, no warranty!!!

 

i would send it back and get what i paid for. maybe even make a claim with the shipper.
