Help with determining battery draw

the whole point being "he wants reliability"

what starts today might not start tomorrow or even a few hours later.
voltage is ONLY a small part of the picture. can you have voltage and no current??? sure!!!
totally his call, his ride but to be safe, carry a booster.
the only light i need to show on my machine is the tail light fading into the distance.
