Default Complete electrical shutdown?

I have an 2008 Fat Bob that looks for all the world like the battery has been removed. It hasn't and is fully charged. I have nothing. No lights, no fuel pump, not even the odometer. The bike was running, I blipped the throttle and it shut down hard. All the fuses are fine and I ohmed out the ignition switch. There is power to the main fuse. Any ideas on where to start?

Any time you start troubleshooting electrical issues, ALWAYS start at the source. Check the battery connections, make sure they are tight. Then go down the line. Make sure there is a good ground.
If you have power all the way to the fuses and they are good then I'm not sure. Check the fuse box, behind the fuses.

If there is power TO the main fuse, is there power on the other side of it? For a total electrical failure like this there are actually few candidates for the cause. As well as checking the battery connections, also check the main battery cables at their other ends, away from the battery. Remove the main fuse and check it for continuity, to confirm it is still OK, don't rely on a visual check. Same comment applies to all electrical checks you make.

I know you said you checked the ignition switch but I suggest you take it out and clean it.

Check your fuses with the positive lead on the fuse and the negative on the negative post of the battery. That will tell if the negative cable is bad at on end or the other.
Check positive post to frame, if that’s zero then get back to us if you have more questions.

I'll try again:
Here's a link to HD, type in the year and click on the hour glass then click on electrical drawings.

If the main fuse is good you should have power to the Battery and ECM Fuse as well as the red wire to the ignition switch even with the ign in the off position. Turn the ignition on and all the other fuses should have 12V to ground when you check them.

Thanks, everyone, for taking the time to respond. Sorry for my own delay, my multimeter died as soon as you started responding. Looks like I have a bad TSSM module. I have power to the fuse and switches, but only 5VDC. I started pulling fuses until the voltage came back up and the battery fuse was the one that did the trick. Ended up talking to a motorcycle mechanic and was told that it had to be the TSSM. There is some sort of short in there and it's sucking too much power for me to run through the reset procedure.
