I've got power on one side of the terminal when the key is on on both. The fuses were replaced with new ones just to rule out a tiny break

Got it. I had everything apart again and i replaces all of the fuses again with new ones. Then I removed the left handlebar Controls. But what I think it was, my turn signal wires are not internally run. A few weeks ago I re-zip tied the turn signal wires on the left side. When I was taking everything apart I noticed that the zip ties were really tight. I cut the ties off and realigned all of the wires.

Don't know exactly what it was but it's fixed now and that's what my guess is. Thank you all for your help and patience
