No, there is only one flasher unit, that is to say when it was new your bike only had one! It has one of two modules for the flashers, one version includes security, the other version does not. You can see what it looks like on a parts website, look for 'SWITCHES & CIRCUIT BREAKERS'.

Front signals.
Yes, the directionals on the dash flashes, the rear signals flash accordingly, but the front signal light are brighter than normal, but I wanted to confirm that the hazard lights flashed. They do not flash .....I thought.
I got real close, covered the headlight and saw the tiniest bit of light flashing. It may be a ground wire?

Front signals.
Without your comment, I'd still be searching for a mythical ground, but I was so sure that I couldn't put them in backwards, it was the last thing I checked only to find out, you were wrong. I can and did install the bulbs in backwards. Thank you. I may ride embarrassed, but I ride with front turn signals.
