Default Hi & Lo beam together

Is it possible to wire a Harley-Davidson Daymaker projection headlight so both the high beam and low beam stay lit up together when you select Hi from the control switch?

It seems the circuitry internal to the Daymaker prevent both hi and lo turning on at the same time. I even tried bench testing it, by wiring lonand hi directly to 12v...no workey. If I has known that, I would have gone with another type. I have the Vision X on my Road King, and both come on with that.

I had heard it was one mod that couldn't be done on the projection version of the Daymaker. I thought somebody here could confirm it. Once the hi beam mode is selected no matter how you feed it the power it defaults to cutting out the low beam.
