Default Neither switch works after handlebar movement

Hi, I have a 2017 Road King which I previously installed 16" apes internally wired with no problems. Today I went to install a memphis shades fairing and windshield and found that the bars needed to be pulled back a bit so I made the adjustment and now I have zero activity in either switch. I can turn the tank switch on and it functions as normal but nothing works on either switch. I'm guessing I have a wiring issue somewhere but any ideas where to start? The ground wire on the riser seems to be snug. I'm stumped. Thanks.

5A battery fuse was bad due to the broken wire. I'd like to thank myself for all the help I gave myself here.
