Default 99 sportster custom turn signal problems

so i have LED front and rear turn signals, they refused to work monday. took apart my bike and found the problem the bikeatronics smart equalizer is burrned out so i hooked up my lights directly without it. they now turn on but dont blink. they just stay on. other than ordering another smart equalizer does anyone know a quick fix? the equalizer is a BT802 C AND MY BIKE IS A 99 SPORTSTER CUSTOM 1200.
Please help!

There are a couple of possibilities. I'm not familiar with Biketronics, but it is possible your equalizer also provided the blinking, or that you have a separate flasher unit which will not work at all with your LEDs. If you still have the stock H-D module you could check it by swapping your LEDs for normal bulbs. Badlands and other brands sell a module which is LED friendly and also performs the blinking function, so you could consider revamping your bike to use a single module. I have a Badlands equalizer which has worked for many years.

If you are still running stock HD TSM then switch to incondescent bulbs until you can get a decent signal stabilizer. I have the Custom Dynamics signal stabilizer on mine and the only issue I have with it is when I turn on the 4 ways it throws the B1121 and B1122 codes because the module goes into sleep mode to prevent overheating. The codes clear shortly afterwards though.
