I'm not 100% sure if it has one but when I move my 15 BO around the garage, {bought it recently used} the turns start flashing back&fourth. I'm just curious at some point will an alarm sound off?

I doubt it, it appears you have a "stock" security system, which does NOT include an alarm module. Don't know the part number offhand, it's in the parts catalog as a a plug in unit . The MoCo money machine strikes again....

 

If you want it to sound an alarm, you need to install the siren. I bought this one for my 2012 Ultra and it works good. And, only $20.
