2006 Harley Davidson Road Glide , no low beam, all other lights work. Checked bulb, fuse, plug , all good. Took a tester and checked wire at switch, I have power, checked yellow wire coming from switch, I have power , checked wire at headlight plug, no power .....

IF the plug is truly good you may have a broken / shorted wire inside the insulation hiding a break.

may have to "pinch check" the entire segment to find it, or replace the section just to be sure.

 

 

Extract wire from end to end. Get a new bit of wire and connectors to make new wire. Put back together just like new.
