Default Turn signal stuck on Brake lighting

I installed some Kuryakyn torpedo RTB turn signals (the tiny ones, like 1/4 inch diameter) on the rear of my '16 iron 883 to make space for my bags. I installed them a year ago and they worked just fine all summer long. After pulling my bike out of the garage for the winter and putting the battery back in I noticed the Kuryakyn lights I installed are always on bright. No turn, no brake, no hazards, just always on bright. Did something go wrong with the computer while it sat without the battery in it? Is there a way I can reset it?

Thanks in advance.

Could be a mouse chewed the wires a bit and crossed the constant power and brakes.

Or the brake switch seized.

Wiring is good. Not sure where the brake switch is. Bike is new, I got it a year ago with 12 miles and its a 2016. However my garage flooded over the winter (2 inches of water). Could it be a fuse? I don't know which one to check.
