The headlight on my 06 Dyna has been shaking like crazy since June/July. Wasn't too bad at first, but is now a strobe-light at night and makes an annoying noise all the time.

Going to drill out the rivets and replace with bolts. What size are the rivets? And what size bolts did you use to replace the rivets?

I know this is a prehistoric thread, but wanted to update it with info in case someone else needs the info like I did and couldn’t find it. I just drilled my rivets out and they measured .180. I used 10-24 button Allen head screws to secure it with the nylon lock nuts. Worked perfect.
