Ihave a 2012 ultra limited that I put a painted inner fairing on.I watched the vidio that was posted on HD forum,anyway everything went fine the switch went back together fine I thought.The lock everything works just as it did before but,I have no power at all. The little key in the guage for the security is flashing but, that is it. Did I miss a step somewhere ?

 

I am having the exact same issue. 2008 flhx, had inner fairing painted and bars powder coated. I even had it started yesterday. Today I finished it up, but before putting the outer fairing on I tried to start it and no ignition power. All the fuses are ok. I started testing the power at the ignition and the center wire has power going in but when I turn on the ignition there doesn't appear to be power going out. Quite frustrating....

 

did you happen to turn any of the tumblers while the ignition switch was out? if so you'll need to realign them with a flat blade screw driver to the location of the switch thumbs. Takes a little practice and patience but you'll get it.
