[Electrical/Starting] Won’t start, what’s this noise?
 

I started the bike for the first time this year last weekend. The battery had been in the house on a tender. Fired right up, rode for about 50 miles; no problems.

Went to start it today, lights dim, would not crank. Charged the battery fully. Same thing.

Went and bought a new battery. Same thing.

There is a popping sound a few seconds after I turn on the ignition, pops again a few seconds after I turn it off. The sound is coming from the area around the battery under the seat.

Any ideas what it is?

Here is a video so you can hear the sounds. The first sound is the ignition being turned on, at 2 seconds you hear the first pop, at 4 seconds it’s the ignition being turned off, at 6 seconds the second pop.

well... it seems to be the 50 amp main breaker. ??
