I'm not familiar with the way the wiring is done on the bike, but some general principles apply.
If you've got power at the fuse, and no power at the jack, then the problem is in the wiring between the fuse and the jack. Check the ground at the jack, and work your way through the wiring from the fuse to the jack with a meter. I'd expect you to find an open wire or a bad connection somewhere.
