I removed all the sheet metal to have them painted. When I replace the tank my bike wont start. I hear a splash in the tank and when I pull the fuel line loose, the pump sprays fuel but no ignition. Itll pop like it wants to start, but then just crank away. I change the plugs and checked the air filter. I am at a loss at this point Its a 96 cubic inch with fuel injection. O7 dyna street bob. plz help
