Looks like a waste of money to me. Too many other better options to choose from.

I think that's what they did. Take a look at op's link and hover the cursor over the cylinder with the bottom facing up. the cylinder wall that goes into the case doesn't look too thick to me.

I think they will sell a ton even with the .035" spigot thickness after machining. Also believe the cylinders will fit any 96"/103" motor. "50 state legal" for the models listed but will probably fit any 96"/103" motor "illegally".

I am curious about the two new S softails with the 110" motors and have read that they are not running the new cylinder but OEM cases with OEM 110" cylinders; not sure though.

NO WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM can that be done w/o boring the cases, regardless what is said in that advertisement.
3.937" bore is the limit, at 107".

Well, now that you see the way shape and form what do you think?

It wouldn't be cost effective to have the tooling changed for only 2 models considering that all Softails use the same engine*.

Well, all softails don't use the same engine in the 2016 model year. The S models use the 110" engine and the others the 103" so no tooling change required; the MoCo just drops the 110" motor in the S model frames. I am betting the new 110" conversion cylinders are not used on the S models.

This is would be correct if what I was told yest is true. So S models can bore to 113.
My 107's any minute now are going to be considered "smaller" engines.

Agree, my all bore 107" may have to soon become a 117". I just need to replace the crank but it's a lot of work and at 124TQ/110HP I have not talked myself into the upgrade. I really get a kick out of my old '02 FLHT pulling away from the new big, bad 103"/110" motors but if the MoCo starts installing the 120's, I may have to bite the bullet.
