Default Next thing I can do to get the biggest torque gains?

My question is two fold.

1. Are the Dyno numbers in line with what you would expect for this build?

2. What is the next thing I can do to get the biggest bang for my buck? Heads, big bore, throttle body, porting, etc?

My Bike is a 2015 Softail Deluxe.
- HD 103 CI
- Thundermax Autotuner
- Rinehart Crossbacks
- GLS Ultimate Intake - http://www.cyclesolutionsonline.com/...ELPHI&imgidx=1
- SE 585 Cams

Dyno Before Cams - HP: 73 Torque: 90

After Cams - HP: 88 Torque: 103

So what is the next thing I can do to get the biggest increase in torque? Mind you I have money into this bike and cant be changing the things like cams I have already invested in.

Those pipes are not helping your power gains as much as a Dragos or D&D 2-1 or even a Fuelmoto or Fullsac 2-1-2 or a Dragos H pipe would.

The SE 585 cam is a good low-end, mid-range TQ cam, but it's numbers are not going to jump out at you on either side of the chart.

What tuner did you use and who tuned it?

Your #'s seem in-line for your mods

how does it ride? are you chasing dyno #'s or really looking for more twist the throttle TQ rush?

IMO...I don't think you are going to noticeably improve it without spending some $$$

That's a light bike, with the setup you have, it should be a really fun ride

Ported heads and a tad more compression. Actually the Crossbacks are not bad but that's not to say that a 2:1 system wouldn't help, just saying that the heads should be attended to first......

The bike has a Thundermax Autotuner. Damn I really like the look of those pipes, I will look into your suggestions.

I'm not chasing Dyno numbers I just want some more torque out of the bike in the lower RPM's. The Bike feels good.... just needs a little bit more.

Yo Boss, DJL and Scott with Hillside are a lot more knowledgeable on this stuff than I am.

Call and talk with some of these professional HD motor designers and see what your best bang for the buck would be.

Love those crossbacks. Like to try em someday. Rinehart sales team says they are even better producers than their 2-1's.

good TOURING headwork,107" with more compression,2-1 propipe (drago`s or D&D are way too aggressive pipes for this build,IMO) and a good tune. DONT do a bigger t.body

I'm going to look into finding a place for some headwork. The bike moves along well however I'm feeling the need for just a bit more torque.
