What HD shows for their kits and actual results vary. If you rely on the factory "map", your results will very likely be less than claimed. A Stage 3 kit really needs to be tuned via a good system and a competent tuner. Anything less is prone to poor results and buyer's remorse. I would very much like to see a Breakout with the M8. So yes I'm talking about such a set-up. Maybe right from the HD factory itself someday???

I'm sure in a year or so it will come from MoCo.
But for now I would spend the $ on a 120R

For the cost of a 120R, a smart fellow could build a 124 on his cases; that is if the smart fellow farmed out the machine and head work and did all the wrench turning himself.......

Just another option. You can bet Harley covered up the new engine with plenty of patents, Not hard to beat a stock or stage 3 M8. Just a tune on our dyno took the 114" M8 from 101 to 114 power and 107 to 121 torque and it no longer shuts off at 5K. I was impressed with the bike before the tune.

Pistons are now available to bore the 107" to 117".
HD has further plans for this engine, with that raised case deck, ie some along the lines of............135"?
