if that's a 103 cvo im guessing it doesn't have the already opened up cases to accept 110 cyls right from the factory think that started about 2014 . id check with an engine builder or Harley think 107 is all your gonna get. is that a 2001 to 2004-5 cvo

no 103" motor has spigot holes to accept 4.0" 110 cylinders, what the guy recommended was the drop in,110 shredder kit, which requires no case boring
wasn't sure about the older 103cvo know we know for sure
prodrag would my 2009 that stared out as a 96 have opening for the new 110 jugs imagine that's a case bore on mine

the drop in 110 "tire shredder" kit dosnt need case boring on any TC motor, but if you wanted to use actual 110 cylinders (like off a 110"),they would need to be bored
The 110 cylinders will fit the early cases but due to a casting difference between the 99-06 cases, and the 07 up the pistons may hit the cases near BDC and not turn over. They cases need to be pulled a part and cut.
