Fxst tc88b cam tensioner job
Okay, outer chain tensioner shoe break and I installed new tensioners, cam bearings, umbrella valves and all seals gaskets etc.
All timing marks lined up as they should.
Harley starts and runs normally at certain rpm but on full accelaration it starts to hesitate. It just won't rev like it used to.
Any ideas?

I have seen similar posts where the poster swears all the timing marks are properly aligned only to find that they weren't when checked a second time. So, suggest that you check the timing marks on the inner cam sprockets again.
First check for sumping; maybe oil pump not properly aligned or not a good seal at the case scavenge port. Drain the crank case at the pipe plug on the right side case half but R/R the plug carefully. it should back out when warm without a lot of resistance and should be installed with some pipe thread sealant and not over torqued. If more than 4-6 ounces drains out, pump is not aligned and/or the o-ring at the scavenge port is not sealing. A crank case full of oil should not make the motor hesitate but will keep the motor from revving "like it used to".
Check for sumping first, it the problem persists, check cam timing on inner sprockets. If that doesn't solve the problem, post back up.
