Yes. Thats the plan. I have the tool and new seals on the way. I did not build the heads, and havent pulled the springs yet, waiting for the seals to arrive. Then I will see if they are loose.

Funny you should mention that, the seals that were installed were blue..

The machine shop fit the pistons and jugs, so I trust the sizing. I double checked the ring gap myself before installing them on the pistons, right in the middle of spec. So I 'think' everything is ok there.
