You said "very nice curve and the bike runs well". No disrespect, but how does that make you unhappy? Getting almost 1 HP per CI on a motor that small is pretty impressive. Chasing sheet numbers is a never ending battle that gets very expensive. My recommendation would be to just go S&S 124" and end the battle. Once you go 110, you'll get bored. Once you go 113, you'll get bored. Once you go 117, you'll get bored. So on and so on.....
When I did my 107 build i was hoping for higher numbers. At the end of the day though i realized the power is right where i want it and it puts a smile on my face every time i twist the throttle.
