Help!! Whining or chirping noise!!

I have like a whistle or bird chirping sound when I go from high Rpms down to low Rpms???
Anyone know what this is? 2017 Harley sportster 48, 2,000 miles, Vance and jones short shots and FP3

Some pipes/baffles will do that.

I have the same sound. It started after the oil pump was replaced because of sumping issues. 2017 RGS Stage 1 with SE mufflers. OEM pipes. Dealer is working with HD TEch Services to see if it is common with new oil pumps. Maybe it is related to the way my pipes were re-installed after the oil jets were checked.

to the op,,,,how is our is you rear belt tension,,,have you had any rear wheel work done lately?

Check your exhaust shields/mounts. My FLHX has a chirping sound coming from the rear, rubber exhaust mount. A little lube and it goes away temporarily.
