.....and if you really wanted to split hairs I think you're better off now with what you have as far as cams go that ones with a 40 degree close if you aren't raising the compression.
Keep what you got, install those insert things and load a Powervision/FM map and you'll be at the coffee shop quicker than with those larger cams.

Good call. Nothing worse than hoping it will work then finding out that the measurements were slightly off upon start up! Adjustable rods are pretty easy and future proof “just in case”

Good luck and enjoy!

The point DeneFXDWG was trying to make was that a cam with an earlier intake close, say like the Andrews 48, might be a better choice than the V&F 575 which is actually going to lower your CCP.

Referring to the comment about a Fuel Moto map and a PV , I do not think its any better than a TM.

Well, sorry to tell you my friend but the Power Vision has many more features than the TMax which is why it is hard to find a tuner that will/can tune with a TMax and many, maybe even most, tune with the Power Vision or TTS Mastertune. No disrespect intended, that's just a fact. I would suggest you do a little homework on cam selection and how the intake valve timing affects compression before you purchase a cam set. JMHO.

The problem with Tmax is that you can get a tune reasonably close without a dyno. Less people go to Dyno shops to get them tuned. There are guys that tune with them tho.. Frank Dragos, Zippers, Scott Palmer (Hillside), and Fuelmoto..

Messing with TTS or PV, you might as well poke yourself in the eye with a sharp stick if you don't have a dyno..

Nice thing about adjustable s is it tight, eliminating the ticks.
