Can I do a 113" kit on my CVO 110 using stock parts?

Yes.
The S/E backing plate(or Ness) needs to be bored to 2.500" and radiused to accommodate the use of the much needed 58mm S/E t/body.
The 110" head has a port ID of 1.750", and the OE 110" intake manifold ID is no larger than 1.660"........ .090" mismatch, saying nothing of the increased 58mm bore size.
Even 110" powerplants, can be extremely formidable.
