Default Need help with stroker evo crank ID

Hey guys , need some help, my 80” evo is bored and stroked to 96”, looking through timing hole I noticed these numbers 82,
4-5/8, 39, 85, I know what the 4-5/8 means but can anyone shed some light on the others? Possible make? Any help appreciated

IIRC that stroke gives 89 cu in, not 96. I had one myself some years ago, which along with a rebore actually gave me 90"! I'm not sure those numbers shed much light on the brand.

Yup - brings us up to 95.47", which is close enough!

It’s fricking scary fast , has STD dual plug heads ported polished etc, STD cases , S&S jugs, and I threw on a 35 shot of nitrous, over winter , was always curious about the crank though , would love to know the maker!!,

Sounds like quite a beast! Crank maker may only be obvious on strip-down. Mine was a JIMS IIRC. There were several brands back in the heyday of Evos, fewer these days I suspect.

yes you are prolly correct as to tear down , I was thinking maybe a Jim’s so I did shoot him an email yesterday, well let’s hope after I hit the button to spray that the crank won’t be laying on the ground lol,
if rather pull apart on my terms lol, thanks for input guys !

geez wish I could help u on this cam , it’s fricking lumpy as hell , this motor was built by one of the “clubs” a hammer was taken to the bike and I was lucky enough to get this motor and slammed it into a Boyce pro street frame, and ya over winter I set up a 35 shot of nitrous just for kicks lol,
