Default 03 Dyna Randomly dies at highway speed

2003 FXDL Carbureted

Has died 3 times so far:

Dies after riding 15-25minutes @ 50-60mph
1st time - Starter would crank but wouldn't restart until the next day.
2nd time - Same
3rd time - Died while cruising so I popped the clutch/gave it gas and it restarted.

Recently Replaced:

Petcock(non vacuum)
30A breaker
Plugs
Regulator
Wires
Ignition Coil
Crank Position Sensor
Stator(before problem began)
Clutch(before problem began)

Not sure what it could be other than maybe something overheating. I dont want to keep throwing parts at it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Since you did swap the CPS the only other thing worth swapping out at this point sounds like the ECM, OR anything that tells the ECM to stop making spark...

Maybe run a dedicated hot wire to the ECM before swapping to see if you don't have a break somewhere?

Did you get a TIP in the Odometer? Could be the bank angle sensor in the TSM causing the issue.

Update: havent figured it out. No tip or codes on the odo. Gas tank is clean as far as i can tell. Im going to order a used ignition module and tsm next payday. In the meantime, ill pull the carb and give it a cleaning, maybe the bowl is getting hung up.

On a lighter note, i got my norton up and running after 5 months. Feels good.
