Default Built 98ci wont make power past 5300rpm

Looking for a starting point to troubleshoot.

I built a 98ci motor a few months ago
- 98ci cp forged pistons 10.75cr
-heavily ported heads with larger valves and beehive springs
-44mm cv carb
-.610 cams
-feuling camplate, oil pump, lifters with hydraulic tensioner
-thrashin supply 2-1 exhaust
-twin tec ignition

After I built the motor I took it to get dyno tuned. Motor made decent numbers of 97hp/112tq.
I know the attached dyno sheet is running rich, but changing out the jets to leaner mixture resulted in similar numbers.
Where should I look to find out why the bike falls flat at 5300? The shop that did my heads and sold me the cams said they make power well past 6k rpm. I thought the 44mm cv would be enough for the 98ci, am I wrong? My initial thoughts are to look at carb and exhaust to try and move more air through the motor.

First, check it for sumping. Carb is fine. Never heard of that exhaust—- what type baffle does it have?
What brand is the cam?

that's the pipe. 1 3/4in head pipes. Collects in front of camchest, sealed baffle endcap. Basically a stainless bassani road rage 2.
cam is a custom cam from DC V twin in Perry GA. 610 lift is the only spec I can remember at the moment. Just researched sumping. I hope it's not the case, but I'll check this evening

Not a bad lookin' set of tubes. I'm LOLing the "NOT FOR USE IN CA..." when they're made in Los Angeles. Holy $hit pricing tho. Which baffles did you go with?

Who ported the heads too? "Heavily ported" by your good buddy who owns a Dremel?

That CV44, assuming it's set up properly, is good well north of 100hp.

Won't hurt to check for sumping but with peak TQ at 112 I doubt that sumping is the problem but it won't hurt to check. I run the CV44 on an all bore 107" motor that makes 124TQ so the CV44, jetted properly is enough carburetor. Did you get a flow sheet on the heads? Heads and/or exhaust is where I would be looking. Don't know anything about the cams so can't comment on them.

I bought the pipe before you could choose the baffle. That's the second gen pipe where you have options and a removable end cap.
heads were done by same shop that designed the cam. Heads and cam were designed to go with each other. Shop is DC V-twin out of Perry ga. Same cam and heads on another 98ci build, with same pistons made 118hp/118tq. Bike had a mikuni 45 and fat cat exhaust, which is the only difference from mine. It made peak power around 6100rpm.

my concern is that my bike stops making power early in the rev range

Need more info on the cam to make a better assessment.... And yes running way too rich.

Also did you ask the shop who designed your build why it fell flat on it's face? What was they're answer?

thanks for the carb input. I didnt get a flow sheet on the heads. It's got a 1.9 intake valve and a 1.63 exhaust valve. I was told the heads are good for north of 120hp on a 98ci if you have proper supporting mods, which leads me to think my exhaust is a restrictor. Never heard of sumping before, but I'm definitely checking on that after work also

What air cleaner are you running? Do you have the open baffle or the monkey ball type?

Header pipes of 1.75 with no step? What ID is the collector and how long is it? What did it do with muffler off of it?
