Yes, I have the link saved. I was reading on wikipedia about Indian, it says the Power plus 100 bottlecap ( 1600 cc ) was made from 02 to 03 before closing. I hope it's a good engine & not troublesome.

Thunderheart is still around. They make thunder-max EFI system. They are actually the ones that designed the bottle cap motor IIRC. Went to the factory for tmax training.. I'll agree about their ignition. They sucked. When through 2 on a CMC Rocket 88 before I yanked the sucker off and installed a dyna 2KI... AFAICT the rev limiter was screwed up. It would sometime come on early.. Guy were buying the programmers and setting the limiter real high to get rid of the issue.

I believe a Dynatec or Daytona Twin Tech EVO nose cone ignition will fit in place but Twisted would probably know fer sure.

Both are a bolt in if it still has the right cam cover. I helped sell off that factory, worked San Leandro Indian for a year, was the only one in there who had a clue about non OEM harley engines, anything older than a late evo or any of the custom kit choppers we sold.

Looks can be deceiving no doubt, I'm extremely fortunate to own this bike. Here is a better pic of the bike.
