Default Think I toasted it

So lately I have been noticing that "oil burning" smell on deceleration, checked the plugs and found ash deposits on the front cylinder plug (grey) so with my inspection camera I found a Blue streak on the front cylinder wall .
Would upload a pic but it seems lately I cannot do so.

Note: I had a T-Max, Bike was running very hot and had a ping now and then. Went back to mt FPS and runs cooler and no more ping with the map V&H supplied. And yes I have done the auto tune.

I saw you posted over in HTT that you used a 1/2 quart of oil in 2000 miles. I don't think you have a problem.

Ok , thanks to all. I just got off the phone with a very reputable source in this industry and sponsor , I refuse to drop names. Blue streak as I suspected....not normal, will cause rings to not seat properly and cause the smell and oil consumption. It has been too hot from a improper tune as some have mentioned. Lesson learned. Again....thanks to all

so...your issue is caused by the tune on the FP3?
also, I gather you are still running your stock jugs so how have your rings not seated.
just curious..hope you get it sorted.

No the FP3 did not cause the issue. I believe it was the previous tuner I had.

Autotune on Tmax only gets the AFR correct. You need to get the timing right..

Not a shop in North Texas that will touch a T Max.... many will install but say no to dyno.
Trust me I looked. Anyway it's long gone.
