Default Lifters and Rods

I have a 2015 RGS with D&D Fat cat and SE Elite Breather, I have decided on CR570-2 cams, was thinking about the S&S lifters and quicky rods, but fuelmoto has kit, would I be better to get S&S or is there no real difference between the two

I went with Johnson Hylift, so far so good. They've got a good reputation.

Pretty sure fuel moto uses wood night prowler directional lifters. Probably good but for the money s and s standards are hard to beat.

When I installed my cams in the Ultra, I researched the very same subject. In the end, S&S standard lifters seemed to be the go to in the aftermarket world both by shops and the guy's that wrench on their own bikes. Some may have a different preference.

I am no help on the push rods, I re used the stock ones, because I had to fix a leaking rocker cover at the same time. If I were to do it again, I would use the S&S Quickies and adjust them accordingly

I went with the S&S quickee push rods and sprung for the premium lifters although since reading further would likely go for the standard S&S as the premiums are really overkill for my bike as is not set up to be a hot rod.

Fuel Moto uses Smith Bros adjustable pushrods. I haven't heard anything bad about them, but they can be a bit fiddly to install and adjust. You may want to look at the installation instructions. I haven't used them myself, but I've herd some complaints.

I use S&S lifters and S/E adjustable pushrods. No problems. I'm sure the S&S quickie adjustables will work fine.
