I thought I was going to just "change my spring tensioners to hydraulic" and low and behold, the oil pump was scored from debris so after checking the run out (.002) I found all these parts in different places and did a gear drive conversion - I did pull off the tank and open the rockers (instead of cutting pushrods to save money and also learn and freshen things up).

99 FXDL - These parts/kits came with everything I needed including inner/outer bearings, all gaskets o-rings etc... I think I did it as cost effectively as possible without cutting corners.

S&S Cycle Complete Gear Drive 509G Camshaft Kit #362-708 $534.00
S&S Cycle S&S TC3 Oil Pump & Camplate Kit 310-0731 $539.99
Genuine James Cam Install Gasket Kit $31.49
S&S High Performance Tappet Lifters $129.95
