tdc on comression stroke front cylinder..pushrods spin freely but..

the rocker assembly is still tight and will not move. bike has sat overnight. what could be the reason the rocker assembly is still tight.

edit: I can move the assembly side to side so I guess I'm good.
looks llike i got some grinding to do.

There is no reason to expect the rocker arm to be loose.
